November 2024 Winter Bird Walk - Llangasty
Llangasty, Brecon, Powys, LD37PX
About the event
A gentle walk around the south side of Llangorse Lake to look out for birds which spend the winter in Brecknock with County Recorder Andrew King. Llangorse Lake is a magnet for migrating wildfowl. There is a chance that we will see a starling murmuration as well (but not certain)!
Booking essential through Eventbrite. Click here
Parking is available in the small car park beyond Llangasty Church.
Warm layers, wet weather gear and appropriate footwear for mud and uneven ground advised. Bring your own binoculars.
No dogs please.
There is no fee, however, donations to the conservation work of the Wildlife Trust of South & West Wales are welcome at the event.
