Roy sadly passed away on Sunday 26th February at Morriston Hospital, Swansea. His contribution to The Trust was extraordinary and will never be forgotten.

He chaired Glamorgan Wildlife Trust from November 1999 to May 2004, seeing us through the merger of Glamorgan Wildlife Trust and Wildlife Trust West Wales to The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales.

A respected conservationist, Roy was also Former Associate Director (Foundation Studies) at Afan College, Former Chairman of Swansea Friends of the Earth, Friends of the Earth Cymru, and Vice Chairman of The Royal Society for Nature Conservation.

At the family's request, please do not visit the family home to offer sympathy.

His funeral will be held on Monday 27th March, friends kindly meet at Swansea Crematorium at 2pm.
