Accessible and Inclusive Welsh Wildlife Centre Appeal
Help us build a more accessible and inclusive Welsh Wildlife Centre!
For over 30 years, the Welsh Wildlife Centre has been a sanctuary for both people and wildlife. A place where visitors can connect with nature and experience the beauty of our natural world. Now, we need your help to make this cherished space even better.
Why we need your help now
Our visitor centre’s infrastructure has served us well, but time, changing weather conditions, and modern accessibility standards mean that we need to make significant upgrades. With your support, we can ensure that the Welsh Wildlife Centre remains a welcoming place for everyone, regardless of age, race, background, or ability.
Thanks to the support of the National Lottery Heritage Fund, we have secured initial funding to develop exciting plans for the future. However, to make this vision a reality, we need your help to secure the match funding required to complete the transformation.*
Together we can make the Welsh Wildlife Centre accessible to all
This is not just about buildings and infrastructure. It is about creating a space where everyone can feel welcome, safe, and inspired by the natural world. We have already heard from visitors and communities who’ve shared their ideas with us, and now we need your help to make this vision a reality.

Donate today
Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to our goal. Together, we can ensure the Welsh Wildlife Centre is a place where everyone can experience the beauty and importance of wildlife.
Your donation will also help to unlock vital funding through the National Lottery Heritage Fund.* This means your contribution will go even further to create a more inclusive and resilient Welsh Wildlife Centre.
*This additional funding will only be unlocked if we reach our fundraising target. If the National Lottery Heritage Fund grant is not awarded, any monies raised by this appeal will go towards the essential works at the Welsh Wildlife Centre.
