Join our Welsh Wildlife Centre team for a WILD and eggciting Easter at our Visitor Centre. 

Due to limited availability, we highly recommend that you book in advance either over the phone (01239 621600) or in person Wednesdays to Sundays 10am-4pm. Alternatively, email g.taylor@welshwildlife.org and leave a contact number for Gretchen to get back to you.

Easter Events and Activities Include: 

•    Wednesday 11:30am on 27th March and 3rd April we are running a Mini-beast Safari; discover what lurks beneath the leaf litter and who eats what or who!!

•    Wednesday 1:30-3:30pm are Crafty Afternoon sessions- come and paint a ceramic or wooden item to take home. 

•    Thursday 11:30am on 28th March and 4th April we are running Pond Dipping sessions; learn about the invertebrates and amphibians that live in and around the ponds.

•    Thursday 1:30-3:30pm, we’re getting creative again with our popular Clay Modelling sessions.

•    Friday 11am on 29th March and 5th April we have Reptile Rambles, come and learn about the lizards and snakes that we have on the reserve. Age 6+.

•    Friday 1:30-3:30pm we’re using Decoupage to decorate a box, bottle or jar- get creative and make a beautiful memento to remind you of your visit.

Explore the reserve using our spotter sheet, find spring-themed items then claim your prize at the end! Only £5 per child including an adorable soft toy prize. Great for all the family!
