#WILDFundraiser Round Up – Bethan's 12-hour Photoshoot Challenge

Our Fundraising Officer, Grace, tells us about Bethan's upcoming WILD Fundraiser!

This Spring, Bethan will be taking on an exciting 12-hour challenge to raise money for one of her favourite local reserves, Parc Slip

Bethan is a passionate wildlife photographer and loves using her camera to capture the beauty of wildlife around her.

For Bethan's #WILDFundraiser, she will be staying awake for 12 hours in a hide, to capture the wildlife at one of her local Wildlife Trust reserves. She wants to showcase the amazing and often overlooked wildlife that we have here in Wales, whilst raising money for her favourite charity.

Bethan said, "The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales has always been a charity close to my heart, and I want to help to make a difference. I am raising funds to help restore the amazing places we have on our doorsteps."

Bethan's fundraising efforts, will help us to carry out some much needed pond maintenance and help to create a better habitat for newts and kingfishers.

Bethan can't wait to photograph and showcase the wildlife in her local patch, from bullfinches to butterflies, and hopefully inspire more people to connect to wild spaces and wildlife.
